Brakeburn Bags

We are delighted in PAPILIO home to now be a stockist of Brakeburn bags. Brakeburn is a British brand with an active outdoor lifestyle at its core. Its aim is "to create a brand that represents our way of life". The quality of the products and attention to detail is what appealed to us (as well as its reasonable prices!).

Initially we have brought in two patterns as well as a men's holdall.

The Swallows design features many hand drawn soft blue swallows flying on a textured, simulated leather effect grey background. Each bag is wipeable and splash-resistant and fully lined in fabric with a matching design.

They call this a wash bag but it could be used for so many things.

The Sausage Dog bags are a fantastic pop of colour in yellow. Again the interiors are fully lined with matching design (no boring solid colour linings with these bags!). The backpack is definitely the bag that epitomises the importance of design detail - the zip goes right to the bottom of the bag ensuring easy packing and no digging your hand around in the dark. As well as the straps that make it a backpack this bag has handles at the top (with a leather strap that joins them) giving you a carry handle for those moments when you just need to grab and go.

Made from a hardwearing canvas this Classic Holdall is a bag that can take a lot of wear. The stone/khaki canvases and dark brown leather-look PU straps and trim make it a bag that any man would be happy to carry. The shoulder strap is removable allowing ultimate flexibility.
