This Damson & Gin jam has been made especially for us, using the delicious 6 O'Clock Damson Gin that is made in Thornbury.

Springfield Kitchen are based in Rugby, Warwickshire and aim to grow most of the fruit used themselves. Their jams have a high percentage of fruit in them (43% in this Damson jam) and are delicious. We use their strawberry jam in our coffee shop.
